About ME
Driven by my never-ending passion for sports and success, I quit my professional ski jumping career and leapt into self-employment. This was the defining moment in making my idea of a free, self-determined life soar.
Success strategies, nutrition, motivation, and self-responsibility are the main elements of my coaching and speaking philosophy. Whether as a youth coach, Montessori teacher, manager of a high-performance team, or leader of a network marketing organisation, my goal has always been to open up new paths, act as a role model, and inspire people to fly.

Falko Krismayr
As a business partner in a fast-growing team, I’ve helped Eqology build new sales structures since 2015. Since 2019, I’ve been a member of the strategic advisory body of the network marketing company. Before I entered the network marketing business, I worked as a coach for various ski associations, such as the German Ski Federation, between 2000 and 2009. From 2009 to 2015, I served as head ski jumping coach in Nordic combined for the Austrian Ski Federation. Not only did I gain valuable experience during this time, but also several Olympic and world championships medals.
